One of the most accessible ways to learn relaxation. Discover your stress level by measuring the temperature of your palms (fingers). Peripheral temperature of the skin (soles and palms) is widely used as an indicator of stress levels. Emotional overload causes muscle tension, leading to impaired blood circulation throughout the body.

During STRESS, palms become COLD, during RELAXATION — they WARM UP, and conversely, when your palms warm up, the level of tension decreases.
